Milton J. Phass, 80, died Dec. 25, 2012, at North Broward Medical Center.

He was born in Peekskill, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach.

He managed the family-owned Greek restaurant, "The Marathon," in Peekskill.

He was a manager for Publix Supermarkets for more than 30 years.

He served in the Army.

He was a graduate of the University of Buffalo.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach.

Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Womack, of Vero Beach; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dr. Jack C. Phass and Peter Phass.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach, Building Fund, 520 Royal Palm Blvd., Vero Beach, FL 32960.

A memorial service will be at a later date.

Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach.
