  • Hartman James Collie, 30, of 4235 26th Ave., Vero Beach; Arrest Location: 600 Block of U.S. Hwy. 1, Vero Beach; Arresting Agency: Indian River County Sheriff's Office; Status: Held on $8,000 bond; Charges: Felony Grand Theft and Misdemeanor Trespass.
  • Robert Carroll Cox, 46, of 795 Royal Palm Blvd., Vero Beach; Arrest Location: 660 21st St., Vero Beach; Arresting Agency: Vero Beach Police Department; Status: Held without bond; Charge: Felony Aggravated Battery with Deadly Weapon.
  • Nickolas Curry Footman, 28, of 4251 25th Ave., Vero Beach; Arrest Location: 600 Block of U.S. Hwy. 1, Vero Beach; Arresting Agency: Indian River County Sheriff's Office; Status: Held on $8,000 bond; Charges: Felony Grand Theft and Misdemeanor Trespass.
  • Anna Stasia Martin, 26, of 2006 36th Ave., Vero Beach; Arrest Location: 310 27th Ave., Vero Beach; Arresting Agency: Indian River County Sheriff's Office; Status: Held on $12,500 bond; Charges: Two counts of Criminal Felony Violation Giving False Ownership or ID Information to Pawn <$300, Felony Third Degree Grand Theft and two counts of Felony Dealing in Stolen Property.
  • Kenneth Louis Richards, 34, of 164 21st St., Vero Beach; Arrest Location: 4055 41st Ave., Vero Beach; Arresting Agency: Indian River County Sheriff's Office; Status: Held without bond; Charges: Felony Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Oxycodone, Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Misdemeanor Petit Theft Second Degree.
  • Thomas Dozier Sikes, 46, of Ft. Pierce; Arrest Location: 2500 45th St., Vero Beach; Arresting Agency: Indian River County Sheriff's Office; Status: Held on $5,000 bond; Charge: Felony Possession of Cocaine.
